I know that you are here because your health is important to you. I also know that life happens and you may not have the time to sift through all the information and figure it out on your own. The field of health, nutrition, and weight loss has become a seemingly complicated topic over the years which often leaves us feeling confused and overwhelmed.

For decades we have been misled by people who have compromised their values for material gain or popular position. What has resulted from this is a worldwide epidemic of poor health. People no longer know who and what to trust. I believe it is therefore essential that information I impart to you is evidence based and well researched, that I am honest in sharing my own experience, challenges and journey with you. 

I am committed to working with you. I will be with you every step of the way providing the guidance, information, tools and support so you can make gradual and step-by-step changes that will enable you to reach your wellness goals in a fun , flexible and deprivation free and sustainable way.

I practice an holistic (whole) approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected 


Integrative treatment embraces the concept of mind, body, and spirit working together. Integrative medicine may include relaxation techniques, lifestyle changes, and nutritional suggestions. 


My core focus is to help you improve the quality of your health through good nutrition and lifestyle changes suited to your individual health needs

 If you are experiencing challenges in regaining your health or losing weight on your own, a group might be the very thing that gets you unstuck and helps you reach your goals. 

Low carb living is easy. It has freed me from food, from excess weight, from illness. Eating this way has become a lifestyle for our family.

 My services are not just for those with specific needs or goals such as weight loss, increased energy or elimination of stress, but also for those interested in upgrading the quality of their life through a healthier lifestyle
